Leisure Days Collection

This was my earliest collection when I experimented with shapes and sound reflecting my thoughts as to what makes women bold enough not to be scared
by the clanking sound of chunky silver necklaces, rings and bracelets effortlessly wearing the same silver jewellery from daytime to evening outings.

Bracelet, silver

Bracelet with five cabochon multicoloured stones (blue and brown topazes,
yellow citrine, purple amethyst, green peridot).

Bangle, silver, sapphires

Massive beautifully patterned from inside out bangle.
The outer surface of bungle was embellished with scattered
small round 2mm yellow sapphires.

Bracelet, silver

Three bangles toppled with a small round pendant. Pendant consists of an image
of a bird placed under a round stone of natural crystal cabochon.

Stackable rings, silver

Tension set rings, green tourmaline, purple amethyst, pink topaz
and red garnet with blue sapphires.

Necklace, silver

Oversized chain linked necklace.

Ring, silver, gold, amethyst

Big oval cabochon in regal purple amethyst (18x13mm)
framed in 18ct knit setting on top of the large silver matt polish ring.

Ring, silver, iolite

Lovely silver ring with round iolite cabochon (10mm).

Earrings, silver, pearls

Claws with hanging chains woven within links of the chain
small silvery coloured pearls.

Luxurious Silver and Gold Bangle

The luxurious ancient Korean technique of Kemboo (23ct gold leaf fused on fine silver) allowed me to experiment
with my abstractionist leanings in this bangle. I was inspired by the audacious abstractionist paintings of the 1960s,
where structural abstractionism played with straight geometrical lines with the strong help of colour.
To make the surface of the bangle look less flat, I used acid etching so the surface was enriched with depth
with the additional help of further texturing. The result of this labour of love brought a soft glow of silver with a
generous splash of high carat gold, which makes this piece of jewellery very elegant indeed.

This bangle will fit a medium to large wrist. To give you an idea, the measurement of the sheet of silver used
for this bangle 16.5 by 5 cm.
